MENA Leadership Center offers three new courses

Middle East/North Africa (MNN) — September marks a new school year for students and teachers from all sectors of education. It’s also a fresh start for learners in a non-traditional classroom.

MENA Leadership Center equips gospel workers in the Middle East and North Africa region. “From September, we have three new courses,” says Vice President Fadi Sharaiha.

“One is lit how to grow the digital church. You have established your digital church; now, how are you growing? What are the best practices; what you need to grow through digital engagement and social media-based evangelism, etc. “, he continues.

“Another lesson is about multiplying the impact of the organizationand the third course is close to my heart – course design strategies: how to do online education and training.

Like many business leaders around the world, Gospel workers have discovered the benefits of an online social and work environment during the pandemic.

“They can reach more people; it is less expensive. They were trained in evangelism, discipleship and so many things. But now they can do it more professionally,” says Sharaiha.

“We work with ministries on online training and use the best LMS, which is the Learning management system. There are so many LMSs in the world, but [we are teaching leaders] how to choose the right one for the ministry.

Why is this important?

A recent survey revealed that Christian ministries in the MENA region have significant professional and personal shortcomings. Whether believers could access appropriate training and development, their improvements would lead to a greater impact on the Kingdom.

The MENA Leadership Center exists to fill these gaps. Help equip Christian leaders in the MENA region here.

“Please pray for us as we navigate these (new) courses and do the recruitment so that the Lord helps us choose the right people,” Sharaiha asks.

“We have so many people applying. We want to make sure we choose the right people to impact their ministries, thereby impacting the Kingdom of God.
