Section 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Securityholders.

On May 20, 2022, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders. At the annual meeting, shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Security and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 8, 2022. The final voting results for the matters put to a shareholder vote are as follows:
