The company surpassed its previous score of 69.3% by registering a remarkable 71.2% for the third quarter of 2022.

NPS is a market research tool used to measure a company’s customer loyalty and satisfaction. In turn, companies use the collected data to evaluate and improve customer service. Twice a year, Hartman’s property management team asks tenants to use the optional survey to gauge their likelihood of recommending the business.
In July, Hartman’s property management team conducted the bi-annual survey and received not only its highest score yet, but with a 35% improved response rate.

Hartman’s World Class Score of 71.2 was achieved through receiving perfect tenant reviews at 14 of its properties and ranks the company 41 percentage points above the industry average. Other highlights include 80% of tenants identifying as promoters of the business.
The semi-annual NPS survey is extremely important to the company as it helps Hartman’s property management team better understand the likes and dislikes of its clients, and also find areas for improvement. As part of the survey, tenants are allowed to leave responses and comments regarding their experience. Key tenant feedback included their appreciation of the team’s quick responsiveness to needs, availability to answer phone calls, timeliness of regular check-ins, and friendliness when assistance from property management was needed.
