LOS ANGELES, March 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Biofriendly, an environmental organization founded to help address air quality issues around the world, has released its 2021 Operations Performance Report, detailing the immense success and growth in the impact of their products on the environment. Biofriendly saw a 16% improvement over last year, equivalent to 1.58 million tonnes of CO2 to enter the atmosphere through the use of their Greener energy transition fuel additive.
“We are thrilled with the expansive growth we have seen at Biofriendly over the past year,” said Michael Carroll, CTO of Biofriendly. “Seeing the numbers on how we are actively taking action to help reduce fuel emissions around the world is so gratifying and encourages us to continue this growth in 2022.”
To put this achievement into perspective, the average solar home saves just under a US ton each year. The use of Greener in 2021 avoided enough CO2 to penetrate the atmosphere, which is equivalent to nearly 80,000 homes by adding solar panels, approximately the size of Salt Lake City.
The importance of reducing emissions is becoming increasingly widespread, with the average person emitting 4.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide per year. While supporting the shift to renewable energy resources, Biofriendly is currently offering solutions to this problem as they hope to clean up current fossil fuels that have the longest transition path.
In total, Biofriendly’s Greener processed nearly 68 billion travel miles. Every mile has contributed to reduced carbon emissions, which helps reverse the impact of climate change while improving our overall air quality. Biofriendly continues to invest in new green technologies and supports green and humanitarian organizations that share our quest for a better planet.
