Allegis Global Solutions Appoints Three New Vice Presidents, Additions to Leadership Team

MSP’s global supplier Allegis Global Solutions has promoted three women to the positions of Vice President and members of its management team, effective immediately.

Maria Boyse is now Vice President of Business Development and leads all sales efforts in North America, including overseeing a team of Business Development Solutions, Global Offerings and Solutions, and Lead Generation Leads. Her career with AGS’s parent company, Allegis Group, began in 2003. More recently, as Managing Director of Business Development in North America, she was instrumental in growing AGS’s business. and in hiring and training members of the business development team to cross-sell all products. lines.

Jessi Guenther has been promoted to Vice President of Customer Delivery, overseeing all operations in North America. During her nearly 25 years with the Allegis Group, she has led teams around the world in the areas of recruitment, organizational development, operations and strategic leadership. She was also instrumental in expanding AGS’s managed service provider business in Canada, Europe, Asia and India.

Sara Babin, promoted to Vice President of Human Resources Strategy, is responsible for employee experience, including talent acquisition; talent management and development; inclusion and diversity; people management systems, reports and analyzes; and strategic HR partnerships. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial, legal and human resources fields, including 15 years within the Allegis Group.

All three women were already on Staffing Industry Analysts’ Global 150 – Women in Staffing lists. Babin (2020), Boyse (2016, 2019) and Guenther (2015). Boyse was also recognized on the SIA Staffing 100 list in 2019.
